Taking that first step into counselling may feel daunting, but together we can explore challenging feelings with attention and care, offering insight and the possibility of change. This therapeutic process requires the courage to self-reflect, but it can also be highly rewarding, positively impacting your awareness of self, your relationships, and your overall life experience.
As an Enfield therapist, I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where we can work through troubled and confused feelings. In our sessions, I will not offer solutions; instead, I will help facilitate understanding and clarity. Together, we will explore the many ways in which the past, relationships, experiences, and events influence our present-day life, including aspects relevant to LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy.
If you would like to discuss more about what brings you to counselling and how mental health support can benefit you, please contact me to arrange an initial consultation.
I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation to discuss what brings you to counselling and to give you an insight into what it would be like to work together with an Enfield therapist. If you decide that you would like to continue with therapy, we will book our regular weekly sessions focused on your mental health support.
My fee is £70 per session. I provide a limited number of sessions at a reduced fee for those on low income, refugees, and trainees. We can address this and other practicalities during our initial consultation, ensuring that my services are accessible, including LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy options.
I am registered with the following insurance providers: AXA Health, Aviva, WPA, & Vitality.
I work with adults in-person at my private practice in Enfield, North London, where I provide counselling services. I also offer online sessions using a secure video platform for those seeking mental health support from the comfort of their homes.
As an Enfield therapist, I have extensive experience helping clients with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, bereavement, gender and sexuality concerns, identity challenges, relationship difficulties, and work-related stress. Whatever you are going through, I provide a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported in making meaningful changes through therapy.
The list above is not exhaustive, as each individual is unique. If you do not see your current concern mentioned, please reach out, and we can discuss whether I can assist you.
Coming from a mixed cultural background enhances my understanding of diversity, identity, and inclusion. My practice is anti-oppressive and emphasizes LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy. I welcome individuals of all backgrounds, regardless of age, ethnicity, culture, religion, gender identity/expression, or sexual orientation.
