Fully qualified and BACP registered
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist based in London. I completed my training at the oldest provider of counselling services in the UK, and am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). You can find me on the list of registered members on the BACP website. As a member of the BACP, I abide by its ethical framework, which includes regular supervision of my work, as well as Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

I run my private practice and also work as a Staff Counsellor at a well known counselling centre in North London. I also helped facilitate a wellbeing course/workshop in a corporate environment, and am a tutor at a counselling training centre in London, delivering a series of workshops to counsellors in training.
Prior to starting my career in counselling, I worked as a senior manager for 20+ years and have corporate leadership and operations management experience in an international environment.

I am of a mixed cultural/ethnic background, which enables me to have a deeper understanding and appreciation of difference, diversity and acceptance. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, regardless of ethnicity, culture, religion, sexual orientation and gender identity.
